The Kwara State Government has distributed 40 Ipads to the Quality Assurance Officers within the state as a part of its effort to enhance the standard of college monitoring and analysis.
The Chairman, Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board, Prof. Shehu Adaramaja, disclosed this throughout a two-day workshop organised for the Quality Assurance division on the present tendencies in class analysis for effectiveness and effectivity.
Adaramaja stated the significance of coaching can’t be underestimated, describing it as a whole paradigm shift from the guide reporting of college analysis to using digital analysis reporting.
He added that the shift turned crucial as a result of college monitoring and analysis wanted to be reported precisely and promptly.
Adaramaja expressed hope that the coaching would improve productiveness and effectivity, saying it will verify officers who indulged in slicing corners with out attending to their assigned colleges.
“This giant step has made it possible for the state to key into modern reporting and evaluation. Kwara State is one of the few states that paid for an additional number of personal computer tablets to train and equip its officers for the electronic quality assurance,” he stated.
The Director-General of National Space Research and Development Agency, Dr Hamilu Shaba, stated the coaching was targeted on capability constructing for the employees of SUBEB.
